Disclaimer

Thank you for coming to read the disclaimer.  You already know what I am going to say.  But in all honesty, it is important you understand the limitations of what might best be described as "cookie-cutter-advice".  Tax and Financial Planning topics are complex, and so very little of the ideas are universally good for all people.  I could for example say, "Everyone should have a will."  At the moment, I cannot for the life of me think of an instance when that would not be true. But as I try to add to the list of "must do's", well, it is difficult because I can almost always think of exceptions.

I was watching a talk show on television about investing.  A caller wanted to know how best to invest a sum of money for his 3 year old son.  And the commentator rattles off some responses.  Clearly, those responses included a host of assumptions that were never revealed.

All of these factors play into the decision process.  And to ignore them can be treacherous.  One person's magic potion is another's poison.

Many people have a good handle on their abilities and limitations.  Many do not.  There is no doubt that I make assumptions about readers that I don't know in many of my statements. The fact is there are huge differences among individuals and their financial circumstances; me and Bill Gates for example. You'll just have to take my word on that. I'm here Bill !  And those differences can make advice inappropriate to you.

So, in light of that FACT, I urge you to seek expert advice from your advisors before implementing any ideas you may find at this site, Financial-Freedom-Day.com. If you don't have an advisor, consider hiring one. And if you think you cannot afford an advisor, then maybe you should wonder how much "that savings" might be costing you. I cannot accept any responsibility for any information here that you may come to rely upon.  It's out of the question.  Should you reap great rewards from my counsel however, well, that is an entirely different situation.  I'm sure we can negotiate something fair for all.
